For Stand Up Canapé Events we have a range of menus for groups of less than 30 to 400.
For our full Canapés, Mains and Desserts Menus we can have a chef on site for your event, building cold and cooking hot canapés and plating the food, using a full kitchen to send the food, with support from our waitstaff.
For a more casual event we have a DIY Menu where platters of canapés are delivered to you on trays ready to serve or to be heated and then served. This can work for groups of 10-100, for more informal or modest events. Its also perfect for serving on smaller boats and yachts or for events with logistical challenges e.g. no kitchens, outdoors and more economical events.
