For Stand Up Canapé Event Catering we have a range of menus for groups of less than 30 to 400.
For our full Canapés, Mains and Desserts Menus we can have a chef on site for your event, building cold and cooking hot canapés and plating the food, using a full kitchen to send the food, with support from our waitstaff.
For a more casual event we have a DIY Menu where platters of canapés are delivered to you on trays ready to serve or to be heated and then served. This can work for groups of 10-100, for more informal or modest events. Its also perfect for serving on smaller boats and yachts or for events with logistical challenges e.g. no kitchens, outdoors and more economical events.
When choosing event catering Sydney people are generally split 50/50 between stand up events and sit-down events. Our Stand Up Events menu features many spectacular displays which will wow the guests at your stand up event. We’re known as event caterers who are always reliable and impressive.
