Hatrick Catering started as a seedling company cooking at home in 2006 with a few small clients asking for dinners and cocktail parties, contacts made through friends and all by word of mouth. Since then it has grown organically and naturally getting events from clients being guests at other events and wanting the same amazing product!
Now in our permanent commercial kitchen in Balmain with a team of amazing people, we take on events from 10 to 300, cooking on sites such as polo fields, wedding venues, launch events and even your own home. Catering isn’t just a job to us, it’s our passion.
